Audit and Compliance Data
As part of delivering our Services, organizations may create, upload, or manage information including audit plans, audit schedules, audit templates, custom checklists, audit responses, audit findings, audit observations, evidence files, photos and attachments, non-conformance (NC) records, corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), audit logs, dashboard metrics, PDF reports, Excel reports, comments and notes. This information remains the property of the customer organization.
Payment Information
Subscription payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Compliance Manager Plus does not store complete credit card or payment information. Payment processors may collect billing name, billing address, payment method, transaction information, tax information, and invoice details.
