Capabilities

What Incident Management gives you

Incident register

Every incident gets a reference number, a type, a severity, a location and a reporter, so the register is searchable from day one.

Configurable types & severities

Define the incident categories and severity levels your industry uses. Change them at organisation or site level without touching existing records.

Corrective actions built in

Raise corrective and preventive actions straight from the incident. A corrective action must be completed before the incident can close.

Investigation notes & evidence

Record what happened, attach photos and documents, and keep the investigation history on the incident record.

Notifications & escalation

Owners, managers and stakeholders are told when an incident is raised, actioned and closed, by email and in the app.

Dashboards & reports

Track incidents by type, severity and department, and export a branded PDF incident report for management or regulators.

Common Questions

Incident Management questions

What kinds of incidents can I track?

Any kind. Incident types and severities are configurable, so safety events, quality deviations, security incidents and customer complaints can all live in the same register with their own classification.

Can an incident be closed without a corrective action?

No. A completed corrective action is required before an incident can be closed. Preventive actions are optional and can be added alongside it.

How do incidents connect to the rest of the platform?

Corrective and preventive actions appear in the shared Action Management hub, incidents can be discussed in Compliance Review Meetings, and any incident can be turned into a Lessons Learned record.
